Fees for Service/Insurance

70-minute diagnostic session (1st Session to Develop a Treatment Plan):  $195

​

50-minute individual/couples psychotherapy session (2nd Session and Beyond): $155

 

Payment is due at the time of the appointment. Fees are subject to change. Payment options include Health Savings Accounts, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.

In-network Insurance Options: Dr. Gibson is an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield and MultiPlan Network.

Out-of-network Insurance Options: If your insurance provider is not listed above you can consider using one of the above payment options and/or filing an out-of-network claim with your insurance company.

If you would like to use your medical insurance a receipt can be provided for you to submit an out of network claim for 

reimbursement. Insurance companies typically reimburse 40-70% of the original fee depending on your insurance plan.  It is  

recommended that you contact your insurance company so that you are aware of your out-of-pocket costs.

How to Submit an Out-of-Network Claim

1. Have your insurance member number and group number ready before calling.

2. Call the customer service number for your insurance for Mental Health and Behavioral Health Claims .  This should NOT be under Medical Claims, otherwise it could cause a delay in your claim getting processed correctly. 

3.  Ask the customer service representative these questions regarding out of network claims:

     a. Where to send the information for out of network processing

        
     b. What information they need for out of network processing   

4. If your insurance company needs additional clinical information about you other than what is provided on your receipt, then I will need a signed release of information from you in order to release any other clinical information besides a diagnosis code.
